Elena Masciadri

I live on Lake Como, or more precisely in the ‘heart’ of Lario, in the territory between the two branches of the lake. Here I was born, grew up and came back after a life and long work experience abroad, in several countries such as Switzerland, Germany and the United States of America.

My love for travelling, the desire to meet people and different cultures, both them have pushed me since my childhood to study languages first at the high school in Como, then at the Universities of Milan and Genoa.
After my university studies, with a degree in German language and culture, I cultivated my passion for hotel business, making experience in various roles and improving my knowledge in it.

Always with a practical and academic attention as well as of research into new solutions, together with consolidation of the best hotel tradition, I took specific courses at the Cornell University in Ithaca – NY, U.S.A. achieving the Certification in Strategic Management.
